Skilled Tradesperson

EOTM - Partners Professional is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $35.00-$37.00 per hour for 2nd Shift work, Monday through Friday with overtime and one weekend day.

• We are looking for a proactive and safety-conscious individual who can perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• The selected candidate will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machinery.
• They will troubleshoot and adjust systems to meet operational specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring devices.
• This role requires the ability to respond quickly to emergency breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner to minimize production interruptions.
• A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills, this individual will work closely with production staff to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems being a plus.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics, as well as proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• We require flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required.
