Fabrication Technician

We are seeking skilled and motivated production specialists to join our fabrication/finishing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in production, construction, or manufacturing, and be mechanically inclined.

This is a long-term and permanent position with the opportunity for advancement. Our team works on various projects, including packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends of products, and making angle cuts on fiberglass structures using hand tools and power tools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Packing and crating fiberglass products efficiently
• Drilling holes and applying handles to meet quality standards
• Sealing ends of products using proper techniques
• Making accurate angle cuts with chop saws
• Operating nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools safely and effectively

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• A minimum of 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, including wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns
