Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge wireless systems, including link-level and system simulator modeling and framework design.
- Take a top-down approach to system design, starting from a use case relevant to Apple products and defining innovative solutions.
- Assess the benefits of different proposals to solving a problem and provide necessary systems engineering support.
- Deep knowledge of communication system theory and wireless systems.
- Strong knowledge of physical layer waveform design, channel coding, and PHY/MAC procedures.
- Experience in object-oriented programming and wireless system simulator design and implementation.
- Familiarity with L2/L3 user plane and control plane protocol stacks.
- Competitive base pay between $181,000 and $313,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
