United Hospitality Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Box Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering linen in wheeled carts to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre- and post-inspection checks on vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, verifying that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
  • Collect and verify pickup and delivery instructions, as well as routes.
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours and mileage.
  • Secure cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers.
  • Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons to transport and deliver linen in wheeled carts that weigh up to 650 lbs.
  • Obtain Pickup Tickets at time of pickup and Delivery Manifests at time of delivery with signatures for picked up and delivered goods.
  • Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions.
  • Load and unload trucks, or assist others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment as necessary.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year of driving experience (preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (preferred).
