Compensation Package
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a salary of $68,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement savings options. In addition, we provide tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, and paid time off and holidays.
Nurse Resident Program
The RN Nurse Residency is a 1-year program designed for new graduate Registered Nurses. The program focuses on developing clinical skills, leadership, and communication through hands-on training, education, and mentorship. As a nurse resident, you will work alongside experienced nurses and participate in training and education programs that promote patient care, teamwork, and professionalism.
Requirements
- A valid South Carolina nursing license (or multi-compact state)
- A degree from an accredited nursing school (ADN, BSN, or MEPN accepted)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
