As a Shift Leader at Papa John's - Serazen, you will be responsible for supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service. You will manage operations, execute company policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning.
• Performing assigned work station duties, such as making quality products, following product preparation procedures, and maintaining established product holding times.
• Contributing to achieving the Company's product goal by consistently meeting standards and exceeding expectations.
• Ensuring adequate shift coverage, providing immediate feedback, and correcting problems when identified.
• Maintaining product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
