Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are general illustrations of the work in this role and are not exhaustive of the specific position.
Assist in labeling all children's belongings as necessary.
Engage in activities that stimulate children's development and provide opportunities for fine motor skills, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Participate in recreational activities such as games and puzzles.
Be responsible for all aspects of feeding, caring for, and cleaning up after infants and toddlers.
Monitor the sleep area.
Prepare and oversee breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
Take children outside for walks and playtime.
Assist in preparation work (cleaning, planning projects) for the following day.
Clean toys and surfaces at the end of the day.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare is preferred but not required.
Ability to work well with children and demonstrate patience.
Complete CPR and First Aid Training; training will be provided if necessary.
Must be able to perform all job responsibilities satisfactorily and lift up to 50 lbs, as well as bend, twist, and kneel.
