We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current RN license and a degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center
