Market Research Analyst

Overview:
In this role, you will lead the market research efforts to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic business planning decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research methodologies, data analysis, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior across diverse demographics.
The role requires a strong passion to use market insights to propel our business by empowering our teams with the knowledge they need to make more informed decisions for product sales and development and brand and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Utilize emerging technologies, tools, and techniques to conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyze data and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product teams and senior management through visual, creative, and story-driven reporting that are easy to understand.
Lead the development and implementation of surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback mechanisms to capture insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand experience, product development, and sales teams to align research findings with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to anticipate opportunities and potential risks.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Stay updated on emerging research trends and tools, including the use of AI in market research methods, to continuously improve research methodologies and offerings to key internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
3-5 years experience in market research, customer insights, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
Experience with survey design, qualitative research techniques, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., Qualtrics, NPD, Tableau) is preferred.
Prior experience in consumer electronics, technology, or a related field is a plus.

The salary or hourly wage range of $75,000-$90,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
