Cath Lab Technologist Job Description

Ardent Health Services Hillcrest Medical Center is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment.
  • Assist with procedures such as coronary angiograms, stent placements, and pacemaker implants.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including catheters and imaging devices.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
  • Experience working in a cath lab or similar environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 4 10-hour shifts per week, with call 1 week per month and holiday call coverage as needed.

A valid driver's license is required for all travelers.

Internal Requirement: I9 required for direct candidates. Attestation required for Sub candidates.
