Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.

Deliver direct behavior analysis services to clients with professionalism and compassion.

Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services provided.

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.

Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
