Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team at The Simone Law Firm, P.C. in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in legal proceedings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, managing Elder Law and Estate Planning cases.
- Draft and prepare various estate planning documents, including Wills, Estates, Power of Attorney, and Living Wills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations in the practice of Elder Law and Estate Planning.
- Manage administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions, negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Minimum of four (4) years of legal experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years of Elder Law and/or Estate Planning experience.
- Familiarity with various legal documents, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, knowledge of Amicus Attorney Case Management Software a plus.
- Conveys confidence in person, phone, and in court, shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during challenging times.
