Autism Therapist

Motivated Learners LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician - RBT) to join our team.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote skill acquisition, independence, and overall well-being for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

• Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or working towards.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other locations as needed.
