Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Multi Campus Float Pool team. As a Med/Surge/Telemetry RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of Float Pool Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
