Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Director to join our team at C.I.A. Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating routine maintenance and maintenance projects in our communities, ensuring that community facilities are well-maintained and meet the high standards of our clients.

About the Role
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and maintenance projects in our communities
  • Ensure that community facilities are well-maintained and meet the high standards of our clients
  • Prepare bid specifications, solicit proposals, and oversee awarded contracts
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to obtain bids for various work orders and oversee the work to its completion
Responsibilities
  • Ensure access to facility for the vendor via keys or meeting the vendor at designated time and location
  • Attend Association meetings as necessary
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
  • Follow up to ensure that work has been completed as approved, with the specified materials, within the timeframe indicated, and within the amount allocated
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation desired, but not mandatory
  • Advanced Internet skills
  • Intermediate MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other basic software functions
