About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President, Strategy and Analytics at Princess Cruises.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and optimize operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of analysts and strategists to develop and implement strategic plans.
  2. Driving business growth through data-driven decision making and analysis.
  3. Collaborating with operations to identify and implement process improvements.

Business Intelligence and Analytics

  1. Designing and implementing business intelligence capabilities across all departments.
  2. Establishing executive and operational analytics and dashboards for sustained performance measurement.
  3. Modernizing data warehouse capabilities and architecture.

Team Leadership and Development

  1. Hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team of leaders.
  2. Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  3. Developing and implementing performance management processes.

Partnerships and Budgets

  1. Negotiating strategic partnerships with key vendors and suppliers.
  2. Developing and managing annual budgets.

Risks and Compliance

  1. Staying current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Implementing compliant technology solutions.
  3. Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
