Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Support medication management and administration under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with residents and their families to offer education and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current CNA license.
