About the JobAs a Critical Care RN with Della Infotech, Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
This role involves working as a float nurse in our Critical Care Unit, where you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require intensive care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Critical Care RN
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Experience with vent, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- TNCC certification preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
