Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Porterville, California. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and delivery nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
