Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Space Wargaming Project Analyst to join our team at SAIC. As a key member of our space operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing strategies to safeguard our space equities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct human-in-the-loop analysis to identify and mitigate space-based threats
  • Develop and present comprehensive briefings to senior leadership on space warfare strategies
  • Collaborate with joint program-level offices to integrate capabilities and develop cohesive defense strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders across the DoD and IC to manage security portfolios and fuel model-based systems engineering
  • Utilize expertise in USSF systems and Mission Area Designs to develop analytical software tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of applicable experience (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a polygraph
  • 3+ years of experience in USSF systems and Mission Area Designs
  • Experience developing and presenting to leadership decision-quality briefings and papers
  • Understanding of the outer space environment and operations, as well as counterspace threats
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking in complex and dynamic environments
  • Experience working in classified, compartmented, and Special Access Program/Special Access Required environments
  • Ability to meet with program office and IC counterparts, including travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing and presenting to SSDP/SWAC leadership decision-quality briefings and papers
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000, based on experience and other factors.
