Culinary Operations

  • Develop and execute menus that meet quality, consistency, and concept standards.
  • Partner with food and beverage, sales, and event teams to ensure guest culinary expectations are met.
  • Implement health code requirements, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.

Financial Management

  • Manage food costs, inventory, and waste control to achieve budgeted percentages.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of supervisory experience in a hotel culinary position.
  • Proven leadership skills and technical proficiency in food preparation methods.
  • Experience in computing financial data, including profit and loss, commission, and markups.
  • Preferred: Certification as an Executive Chef or culinary degree from a recognized culinary institute.
