Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to collaborate with a top architecture firm. As a senior member, you will play a key role in designing and evaluating structural systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Analyze Structural Systems: Develop and implement effective structural solutions for buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure the safety and structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Perform Structural Calculations and Analysis: Utilize software and manual methods to perform structural calculations and analysis.
  • Prepare and Review Structural Drawings and Specifications: Develop and review structural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards, and maintain high-quality structural designs.
  • Conduct Site Visits and Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide repair recommendations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Background: Experience in commercial projects and A/E firm background preferred.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards, and expertise in steel, concrete, and masonry structures design.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, solid organizational and time management skills, and capability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
