CT Technologist Trainee

RadNet is a leading provider of radiology services, and we are seeking a skilled CT Technologist Trainee to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality radiologic and CT exams on incoming patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing potential discomfort or medical issues and taking appropriate action.
- Administer contrast agents as needed, following safe and effective protocols.
- Guide patients through the exam process, providing clear instructions and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patient care.
- Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and confidential information.
- Ensure the secure storage and handling of on-site medications, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Exhibit professional behavior and respect for company property, including patient financial information.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
- State licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT) certifications may be required, depending on state regulations.
- CPR/BLS certification may be necessary, depending on state regulations.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
