JOB DETAILS:
OSF HealthCare is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our medical team in a well-established practice.
This Urology position is supported by a collaborative group of professionals within our network.

As the sole urology provider in the area, you will serve a diverse population base, ensuring comprehensive care for nearly 80,000 residents. The practice is integrated with a leading medical center, providing extensive surgical opportunities that complement a busy outpatient practice.

A full-time physician with expertise in general urology and a commitment to patient care will have the opportunity to develop a thriving practice.

Clinic activities include performing 20-35 procedures daily and managing up to 3 inpatient consultations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Attractive base salary with performance incentives.

Generous paid time off including 4 weeks of vacation and 6 holidays, along with 480 hours of sick leave annually. Signing bonuses and loan repayment options are available. Comprehensive malpractice coverage, continuing medical education support, and membership dues are provided. Health, life, and dental insurance, along with a retirement plan and relocation assistance, are included.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
Education:
Doctorate in Medicine. Licenses/Certifications: Must be a licensed physician in the state of practice. Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty is necessary. Must maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs is required. Compliance with professional malpractice and liability coverage standards is essential. Must possess a valid DEA license and state certification for prescribing narcotics, if applicable.
