Tax Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of tax preparation.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth by offering additional products and services to clients.
• Provide clients with IRS support and answer their tax-related questions.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Continuously develop and improve your tax expertise to stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
