Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Supervise daily activities of the picking and loading management within a cold storage facility, ensuring accurate execution of processes to meet operational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor supervisors and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the distribution center's productivity and efficiency in a cold storage context.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and reduce carrying costs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer service within a cold storage context.
