Here’s what you should know about the Recruitment Coordinator / Assistant Manager position with SYNERGY HomeCare:
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the recruitment process for new caregivers
Collaborating with management to explore new avenues for attracting top-tier caregivers
Building personal connections with prospective caregivers throughout the hiring journey
Completing essential steps in the recruitment and hiring process, including background checks, reference verifications, and document collection
Supporting the training and orientation of new team members
Ensuring that caregiver credentials are current and compliant
Being knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of SYNERGY HomeCare
Requirements:
Experience – Familiarity with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes; experience in the home care sector is preferred
Education – High school diploma
Skills – Strong relationship-building abilities, excellent communication skills, effective organizational skills, and adaptability
Characteristics – Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
