As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the business intelligence needs of T-Mobile's broadband organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with a focus on data strategy and visual storytelling.

About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis and communication of quantitative and qualitative data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop data visualization strategies, and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the business intelligence needs of the organization by leveraging data from various sources (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks)
* Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to drive core insights and improve customer experience
* Develop comprehensive dashboards from diverse data sources for presentations to senior management on verbal and written forms

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, or a related field; or 4 years of related work experience
* 4 years of experience with performant querying of databases (SQL)
* Excellent communication skills to all levels of technical expertise

Benefits
T-Mobile offers a competitive salary range of $80,600 - $145,500, with a corporate bonus target of 15%.
