Position Overview:


The Cashier and Service Associate is tasked with delivering prompt and friendly service to customers, while also ensuring a tidy and professional store environment to guarantee complete customer satisfaction and uphold the esteemed standards set by WKS Restaurant Group.


Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries and providing polite service to patrons

Accurately processing and fulfilling orders

Engaging in suggestive selling techniques with courtesy

Handling payments and returning the correct change

Assessing product quality in line with company standards

Preparing necessary ingredients for food processing (glaze, fillings, and icings - adhering to the correct formulas)

Restocking items to ensure freshness

Assisting with unloading deliveries

Adhering to procedures and standards as outlined in the company training materials

Answering phone calls promptly and following greeting protocols

Offering product samples to customers at management's discretion

Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Carrying out sanitation duties to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

Including but not limited to:
Cleaning and mopping all required areas within the establishment.

Sanitizing and stocking restrooms

Cleaning and sanitizing tables and seating areas

Emptying trash receptacles both inside and outside

Ensuring the surrounding areas are kept tidy

Washing windows

Required Skills:
Cross-training in various operational areas

Essential Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills are essential

Excellent communication abilities are required

Basic math skills to manage cash transactions are necessary

Basic literacy skills are required

Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
