Service Writer/Advisor

Pape Machinery Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Writer/Advisor to join their team in Poulsbo, WA. As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible.

• Oversee service and warranty work orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in shop workflow and check in equipment for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
