Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for support tasks in the 1st and 2nd level area, independently analyzing and solving problems, qualifying tickets for specialist teams, and documenting activities in the ticket system
  • You will support the local admin team of our medium-sized clients or take over administration completely with your team
  • You will support our clients in 1st and 2nd level support with an average of IT seats
