Fitness Enthusiast

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests and deliver a friendly member check-in experience
• Clean and maintain the club, including equipment and facilities
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to all members
• Assist in membership sales, food and beverage sales, and opening/closing POS drawer
• Participate in meetings and club events

• MUST be out-going, enthusiastic, coachable, and full of energy
• Must have a passion for fitness and helping others
• Preferred customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience
• MSRs are expected to work 3 shifts per week, generally lasting between 3 and 6 hours each
• CPR/AED Certification
