About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Electrophysiologist to join our dynamic and expanding Division of Pediatric Cardiology at WVU Medicine Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will primarily practice at our main campus in Morgantown, WV.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care in pediatric cardiology with a specialization in electrophysiology.
- Collaborate with advanced practice professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent.
- Eligibility for a state medical license.
- Completion of a Pediatric residency program and Pediatric Cardiology fellowship program.
- Additional formal training in pediatric electrophysiology is required.
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
- For consideration at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, candidates must demonstrate a track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
$350,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:Morgantown, WV, is a vibrant small metropolitan area located just over an hour south of Pittsburgh, PA, and within three hours of Cleveland, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.
