We are looking for a mission-driven leader who can provide oversight and guidance to our various ministries, including Connect, Communities, Classes, and Outreach. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and executing ministry strategies that align with our overall vision and goals.

This role requires a servant-leader who is able to collaborate with other staff members and lead by example. The individual should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and have a strong ability to motivate and inspire others.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
