Rehab Director Opportunity

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the efficient operations of rehabilitation services in our assigned community. As a Rehab Director, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services while achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to manage the clinical operations of the rehab department, ensuring the appropriate utilization of resources.
  • Manage a team of therapists and assistants, overseeing daily staffing and utilization, including scheduling.
  • Provide direct patient care and meet prescribed productivity standards.
  • Administer oversight of expenses to optimize revenue.
  • Ensure timely completion of facility reports and partner with rehab staff and facility staff to deliver high-quality clinical care.
  • Communicate effectively with rehabilitation and facility staff, patients, families, healthcare providers, and other customers.
  • Promote new program development and coordinate training programs for facility staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of clinical therapy experience, preferably in a skilled therapy setting and leadership role.
  • Experience with NetHealth preferred.
  • Successful completion of an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Valid license or eligibility to practice therapy in applicable state(s).
