Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as a Registered Nurse will include:

  • Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans.
  • Establishing realistic patient goals and implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and ensure continuous evaluation of outcomes.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification.
