Material Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Rehrig Pacific. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of customer trailers, as well as moving materials throughout the operation to support various units' production needs.

• Ensure Safety Protocols: Engage in safety practices to meet Plan To Zero (PTZ) standards by adhering to established safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Sort pallets accurately and efficiently based on manufacturer, quality, and grade, as determined through visual inspection.
• Achieve Production Expectations: Meet minimum production and quality requirements, with the ability to perform other duties assigned by site leadership.
• Foster Teamwork: Work effectively within a diverse team environment, promoting collaboration and communication.

• Prior experience using a pallet jack is desired, but not required.
• Forklift certification or prior experience is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with comparable work-related experience.
