We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Fanatics Collectibles. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the collector and seller insight-led company in our industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our services are useful, usable, and used by our customers. You will conduct research to gain a deep understanding of the motivations and mindsets of both current and future collectors and translate that insight into guidance for our product teams.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for setting, maintaining, and iterating standards for the user research practice at Fanatics Collectibles. You will plan, design, and conduct a range of research methodologies to inform and guide the design and development of product journeys and marketing communication.
You will also translate your findings into actionable insight that you will share across the organization, with a focus on promoting user-centered insight as a key tool for business decision-making.
Additionally, you will guide and mentor colleagues on research best practices, collaborate with our customer service and data team to gather deeper insights, and support teams to build accessible digital products.
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who can go beyond executing against research briefs and demonstrate a growth mindset and initiative. If you have experience in generative, innovation-focused, and open-ended research exploration, evaluative research, survey design, and basic knowledge of statistics, we encourage you to apply.
We use Figma,, and Notion, so experience with these tools is a plus. However, we are open to candidates who are passionate about user experience and willing to learn.
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000-$130,000 in Los Angeles and $112,000-$140,000 in New York City, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
