We are seeking a part-time team member to support the increasing demands of our practice, with the potential for this role to transition to full-time.

In this role, you will implement tailored therapy programs for patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing challenges.

Your responsibilities will include assessing, treating, planning, implementing, educating, and communicating to enhance a patient's progress toward achieving functional objectives and discharge plans.

You will oversee therapy aides and students.
You will conduct thorough patient evaluations and establish suitable treatment goals and programs.
You will coordinate the treatment plan with other clinical and therapeutic services.
You will create comprehensive treatment goals to optimize patient outcomes.
You will provide care and adjust the care plan according to the patient's evolving needs.
You will serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues.
You will maintain accurate records of services rendered.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech Therapy

Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
ASHA certification from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association

Additional Considerations:

Our practice is expanding, and we are eager to welcome team members who are passionate about working with children and collaborating with peers.

You will have the chance to work alongside other Speech-Language Pathologists and co-treat with Occupational and Physical Therapists.

We are open to candidates interested in either full-time or part-time positions. Please note that advertised compensation and benefits are applicable to full-time team members only.
