Job Overview

Bright Flag Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Route Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers.

This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for loading and unloading pallets using a pallet jack, operating a manual transmission vehicle, and navigating busy routes to deliver packages safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages to residences and businesses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries and complete all required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
  • Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
