Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Physician & Advanced Practice Providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in OB/GYN and be able to provide clinical patient care under the direction of a physician.

Responsibilities
  • Take medical histories and perform physical exams
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays
  • Make preliminary diagnoses and treat minor injuries
  • Provide care in a specialty area
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Certification from the National Commission on Certifications of Physician's Assistants
  • CPR certification
  • Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of primary care and/or internal medicine patient care experience
  • Previous experience in specialty area, ACLS certification
