At PSI CRO, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to schedule and prepare quality assurance study audits, internal systems audits, and internal locations audits.
  • Liaise with company divisions and offices to ensure seamless execution of audits and quality management activities.
  • Support the maintenance of external systems/study audits tracking log and CAPA tracking log.
  • Assist in the development and processing of Quality Management Records documenting QSD lifecycle.
  • Provide administrative support to PSI Quality Management staff and assist QA auditors with audit scheduling and preparation.
Requirements:
