Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

PHP is seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified Interventional Radiology Technologist to work with our team in a travel position. As a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with medical imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray and fluoroscopy machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Experience working in a hospital or medical imaging setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
