Salary: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience and location)

• Main Responsibilities:
• • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
• • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
• • Engage in social activities, such as conversation, games, and outings
• • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

To be successful as a caregiver, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
• • Certification as a CNA/HHA or similar caregiving experience
• • Genuine passion for helping others, along with empathy, patience, dependability, and strong communication skills
• • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• • COVID-19 vaccination, with accommodations available for medical or religious exemptions in compliance with EEOC guidelines
