Job Title: Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. In this role, you will provide personalized in-home care to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining individualized care plans, administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring patient status, and educating families on proper care and treatments.

Requirements:
