Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cobb Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse RN, you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience
