About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in hemodialysis care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 3 months of experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
  • Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care's education and training program for new employees.
