Cloud Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineering Lead to support the US Navy's shore-based maintenance applications. This critical role involves designing and migrating on-premise workloads to the AWS cloud, addressing various learning curves associated with the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Analyze and assess cloud architecture needs for the DoD DCIO IE, developing comprehensive cloud architecture and design documents focusing on AWS, Microsoft EntraID, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Design and execute the migration of on-premise workloads to AWS, ensuring scalable and reliable application deployments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
- Active Secret clearance required.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
