Job Description

The RN Charge Nurse will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position

This is a PRN position that offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and identify any changes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Educational/Training Requirements: Has completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university
  • Licensing Requirements: Must be an active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing
  • Experience Requirements: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
