Content Manager Role at Turner Mining Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at Turner Mining Group. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging content for social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with key marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms to continuously innovate and improve content offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years developing content.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and/or FinalCut Pro.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with limited direct oversight.
  • Social media management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong desire to be immersed in the mining industry and Turner Mining Group brand.
